Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the U.S.—though if our raven messengers ever get stronger wings, we may open to international soon. For now, your potions and spellwork must fly domestically.
How long will my order take?
Each item is handcrafted with intention, spellwork, and a healthy dash of chaos. Because of this, orders typically take 2–3 weeks to be created, blessed, and shipped. Trust the process—magic isn’t mass-produced.
Do you accept custom spell or product requests?
Absolutely. If there’s something specific you need conjured, enchanted, or crafted, reach out through the contact page. Just know that custom work may take a little longer—it’s gotta be done right.
How do I book a reading with you?
After you book and submit payment, I’ll reach out personally to schedule your session. All readings are virtual and done over Zoom or Google Meet—so you can show up in your pajamas or full ritual garb, no judgment.
Do you accept custom spell or product requests?
Due to the magical and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, message us—we’ll conjure a solution.
